From advice to planning, we offer complete floor constructions. Our builders and architects often call us because they have a problem. What to do if it drips through the ceiling or the floor doesn't conduct? BARiT is said that when others can no longer or do not want to, BARiT comes into play.

We apply screed and dry screed or create a cavity floor - according to your wishes and the respective area of ​​application, for example as an industrial floor. Due to our know-how, experience and our trained staff, we are interface managers for many builders.

BARiT's service profile includes the application of screed in many different variants. Our program includes floating screeds and screeds for separated layer constructions with thermal and sound insulation, as well as bonded screeds, rapid screeds and anhydrite screeds. Our polished exposed screeds create a puristic concrete look.

Our cavity floor hydro is especially suitable for premises with high humidity. The floor is covered seamlessly with a BARiT top layer. Its support substructure and non-combustible, heavy-duty calcium sulfate floor tiles make it the ideal subfloor for commercial kitchen floors, design floors and industrial floors for a wide variety of areas.

Such a jointless covering on a cavity floor or other support layers is realized at BARiT as an industrial floor in combination with many other elements and services: Coving, wall profiles made of stainless steel and aluminium, tactile guidance systems or skirting solutions for equipment pedestals are just as much part of our spectrum as special inlay work.

A cavity floor in wet areas is supplemented by the BARiT monitoring system. An area-wide sensor system that shows you via an app if there is a leak. Sustainability begins with the prevention of floor damage.

In floor constructions for commercial kitchens, the drainage system, which includes customized box channels, slot channels and floor drains, is an important detail for a watertight floor. Round and germ-free floor drains in stainless steel are a detail solution when clean room requirements are present.
